Purkey's Personal Training offers a wide variety of services to meet all of the needs of clients.  The following services are offered online, virtually and in person


Personal Training sessions: Virtual or In-person


Meet for a one-on-one personal training session with Jon or trainer on staff.  Location flexible.  

Is your schedule packed around the clock making it difficult to stop by a gym?  Want personal training but don't live in Metro Detroit?  PPT offers virtual training that can be done via Facetime/Zoom



Online Personal Training and Coaching Program


Online training allows you to get a personalized written workout plan to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  You will have access to coaching that will manage your progress through text, email, and/or phone calls.  Weekly accountability check-ins are included with this program and will help ensure that you are making progress.

Perfect for those that are on a busy schedule, online training allows you to get personal training from anywhere in the world at a time that works best for you.  

Hybrid Training

We also offer Hybrid Training which is a mixture of the two trainings types above and includes one personal training session per week along with following the online training program the rest of the week and the coaching that also goes along with that.  

Nutrition Coaching


A personalized nutrition coach makes a huge difference in dietary choices and results since what you put in 

your mouth is crucial to your results. With a certified nutrition coach on staff we can assist you. 

Personal Virtual Yoga Sessions

We offer personal yoga sessions virtually with certified instructors which is perfect for beginners who need that extra attention for form and getting the poses down right. 

Coaching Phone Calls


Sometimes you just need that phone call to speak with a coach about your fitness and wellness goals.  Jon will coach you through any questions or concerns you may have.
